Duplex apartment with epic mountain views, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, ideal for 8/9 people. Stunning views and south facing balcony looking across the Super Morzine bridge, so a short walk to ski lifts and town.

LOCATION/POSITION

Apartment Panoramique is aptly named due to the stunning panoramic views from the balcony! It's a split level Penthouse style apartment in central Morzine, located across the Super Morzine bridge, the apartment gets lots of sun and the walk into town is less than 5 minutes.

LAYOUT (90 metres sq.)

The apartment can sleep up to 9 people in 4 Bedrooms with 2 Bathrooms plus 2 separate WC's.  The apartment is very light with high ceilings and open plan living area with Bose Speaker, large Smart TV with UK and French TV channels and Free WiFi. The dining area comfortably seats 8 around the oak table and the kitchen comes fully equipped with a Nespresso Machine, dishwasher, integrated fridge freezer, oven with electric hob, microwave, kettle, and toaster.

All four bedrooms are located on the top floor of the apartment. There are 4 good sized bedrooms, 1 double room and 2 which can be configured as a twins or doubles, plus a large bunk room with a third roll out bed. There are two bathrooms, one with a full size bath with an overhead shower and the other with a walk shower.  There are also two separate toilets, one on the entrance level and the other on the top floor at the bedroom level.

To Book : We require a deposit of €700 per property per week to secure your reservation. This is non refundable.
Final Balance Payment : Required 8 weeks before the start of your holiday. All payments for self catered properties are taken in Euros via Credit Card or Visa Debit Card or AMEX.
Self Catering Damage Deposits : We will take details of a valid credit or debit card in resort upon your arrival. Any damages or additional cleaning required during or after your stay will be charged to this credit card. We would hope this will be unnecessary as we rarely need to use this deposit facility as most guests respect our luxury properties. Please refer to our terms of business for further information.
