LOCATION/POSITION
Perfectly located in the heart of the village of Morzine, La Camelia is tucked away, out of the hustle and bustle but only a few steps away from the Super Morzine Telecabine and Pleney Telecabine. Situated in one of Morzine's newest apartment developments, Chalet DAMA, this apartment offers quick access to the ski slopes and everything that Morzine has to offer.
LAYOUT (108 metres sq.)
Well designed living areas are light and airy and feature access onto a private garden terrace with Hot Tub. The main lounge and seating areas feature plenty of sofas & chairs for 8 people with large flat screen tv and Sound Bar & Bose Music System - great for the kids both big and small!
The open plan kitchen features all mod cons with sociable breakfast bar, separate Wine Fridge & Nespresso machine. This leads to the dining area which seats 8-10 people comfortably - perfect for eating and socialising. There is also a Washing Machine and Tumble Drier in the utilty cuboard.
A large balcony terrace meets with a private garden space that wraps around the entire apartment, with dining table, outdoor seating and Jacuzzi.
The 2 largest bedrooms have king size double beds (or can be set up as twin beds). Both feature private ensuite bathrooms with large walk in showers. The other 2 bedrooms feature king sized double beds (or twins) and have 2 x bathrooms, one with a bath and overhead shower, one with walk in shower which is accessed across the corridor. Each bedroom has good storage and the Bunk room is designed as an optional extra if you have a couple of kids!

Self Catering Damage Deposits : We will take details of a valid credit or debit card in resort upon your arrival. Any damages or additional cleaning required during or after your stay will be charged to this credit card. We would hope this will be unnecessary as we rarely need to use this deposit facility as most guests respect our luxury properties. Please refer to our terms of business for further information.
