**SHORT BREAK HOT SPOT** Flexible dates available. Buena Vista Penthouse is an exceptional location, right next to the Pleney Telecabine. It features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and you can literally fall out of bed onto the Pleney Piste and still be close to all the bars and restaurants.
 

LOCATION/POSITION

Buena Vista Penthouse is located on the top floor of the luxury development, Residence Le Carlina, which is situated at the foot of the Pleney Telecabine. You can't get any closer to the pistes - great for both families and groups of adults due to its close proximity to everything including the bars and restaurants.

As the name suggests, the apartment offers a fantastic double height roofspace, so feels super bright light and airy.  Being a top floor Penthouse, it also holds a prominent corner position on the building with balconies offering open views over the Morzine Valley and the Pointe De Ressachaux. 

LAYOUT (60 sq. metres)

The whole property benefits from double height ceilings and has a great light and airy open plan living space. There is an Amazonian jungle feel to the decor, with feature wallpaper for a splash of colour, 2 x comfortable Emerald Green sofas, lots of plush soft furnishings, and seating for 6 people around a beautiful Ethnicraft Oak Dining Table.

The bespoke fitted kitchen includes all mod cons such as a Nespresso machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven with induction hob, microwave, kettle, and toaster. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer, plus extra storage. In-home entertainment includes a Sonos soundbar speaker, large flatscreen Smart TV with UK and French TV channels, and Free WiFi. There is also a boot room with heated boot dryers and an underground parking space.

There are 2 double bedrooms, both of which can be configured as double or twin rooms. Each room has its own hanging space. There is also a good-sized bunk room with a window suitable for kids or adults.

Check In/Check Out : Check In at 4pm on arrival and Check Out is at 10am the following weekend.
To Book : We require a deposit of €700 per property per week to secure your reservation. This is non refundable.
Final Balance Payment : Required 8 weeks before the start of your holiday. All payments for self catered properties are taken in Euros via Credit Card or Visa Debit Card or AMEX.
Self Catering Damage Deposits : We will take details of a valid credit or debit card in resort upon your arrival. Any damages or additional cleaning required during or after your stay will be charged to this credit card. We would hope this will be unnecessary as we rarely need to use this deposit facility as most guests respect our luxury properties. Please refer to our terms of business for further information.
