LOCATION/POSITION

A prime location only 2 minutes flat walk to the centre of Morzine and Le Pleney telecabine. The apartment is very family friendly and great for kids due to its location and proximity to ski school.
Located on the second floor of the building, with a lift, the windows and balcony offer views of the Pleney slopes.

Apartment Demi Lune has a spacious and light kitchen living area, the windows and balcony offer views of the Pleney and surrounding greenery.
Offering plenty of space for 6 people, there is a large dining table, modern kitchen, comfortable sofa area with LED electric fireplace and curved feature wall.
There are three bedrooms, two of which can be configured as doubles or twin rooms. The third bedroom is a spacious bunk room (no window) with stylish lighting and a cosy feel. The master bedroom, bedroom 1 also has a balcony with views of the Pleney slopes.
The apartment also boasts an underground garage with parking for one car, secure ski and bike storage and a washing machine and dryer.

 : Self Catered Prices are per Property Per Week. The maximum capacity is as stated.
Check In/Check Out : Check In at 4pm on arrival and Check Out is at 10am the following weekend.
To Book : We require a deposit of €700 per property per week to secure your reservation. This is non refundable.
Final Balance Payment : Required 8 weeks before the start of your holiday. All payments for self catered properties are taken in Euros via Credit Card or Visa Debit Card or AMEX.
Self Catering Damage Deposits : We will take details of a valid credit or debit card in resort upon your arrival. Any damages or additional cleaning required during or after your stay will be charged to this credit card. We would hope this will be unnecessary as we rarely need to use this deposit facility as most guests respect our luxury properties. Please refer to our terms of business for further information.
