Our Deposit Protection Scheme
Our Deposit Protection Scheme, MORE Flex can be applied to all reservations for an additional fee (see below) at the time of booking.
Receive a full REFUND of your deposit paid
MORE Flex protects your deposit anytime up to 56 days (8 weeks) before your stay, which is when your final balance payment is due.
To enable MORE Flex the following supplement is payable at time of booking when your deposit is paid to secure your reservation.
Self Catered : €150 Euros per reservation per week
Catered Chalets : £50 per person per reservation per week
The additional supplement paid to secure MORE Flex is retained by More Mountain.
Once you have entered the 8 week final balance payment period, you are obliged to pay for your holiday in full. Our usual T&Cs will apply which means there will be no refund offered once you enter the final balance period and your deposit will be withheld.
Please note MORE Flex cannot be applied retrospectively to your reservation. By choosing NOT to add MORE Flex, our standard T&Cs will apply and all deposits are non refundable.
It is imperative you have good insurance arranged to cover you for your stay with us.

Frequently Asked Questions
You have up to 24 hours from the time of booking to apply MORE Flex to your reservation. We cannot apply MORE Flex after this period has expired.
Q. I need to cancel my holiday but I don’t have MORE Flex - Can I have a refund?
If you do not opt to take MORE Flex, our standard terms and conditions apply and your deposit is non refundable. Please ensure you have adequate insurance to cover for travel cancellations or changes. Under our standard terms and conditions all deposits are NON REFUNDABLE.
Q. What if I need to cancel my holiday within the 8 week final balance payment period.
MORE Flex does not apply once you have entered the 8 week final balance payment period. At this point you are obliged to pay for your holiday in full. Should you then decide not to come on your holiday, our usual T&C’s will apply which means there will be no refund offered. It is imperative you have good insurance arranged to cover you for your stay with us.
Q. I am in a catered chalet - Does everyone in my group need to pay MORE Flex?
Everyone in the group has to take MORE Flex to validate cover for Catered Chalet Reservations : £50 per person fees apply to each client listed on the booking form, including children.
Should party members of your group cancel, individual cancellations cannot be accommodated by MORE Flex as the whole chalet has been reserved exclusively (regardless of final numbers). The group leader is still obliged to pay the full chalet price as per agreed at the time of booking, or cancel the whole booking.
Q. I’ve paid my deposit and need to change my holiday dates - What should I do?
If you need to change your holiday dates more than 56 days (8 weeks) before your holiday arrival date and have taken out MORE Flex we will be able to refund your initial deposit. Please get in touch with us directly so we can process your refund and help you book new holiday dates.
