Well appointed Penthouse apartment, less than a 5 minute stroll into town in a tranquil riverside setting in central Morzine. Features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with large balcony, private parking and a private secluded position. Close enough to the action, but a peaceful spot to hide away.

LOCATION/POSITION

Only a few minutes walk from the centre of Morzine and right on the doorstep for all the ski shuttle buses to Avoriaz and Pleney.  Situated in a peaceful position next to the River Dranse, Waterside is a short walk to the nearest bar, bakery and supermarket. 

LAYOUT (60 metres sq.)

The homely open plan living space is light and airy with large floor to ceiling windows. There is a modern log burning stove, comfy seating, Smart TV with UK and French channels, Bose Speaker, and Netflix.

The open plan kitchen dining area comfortably seats 6 around an oak table and comes fully equipped with a Nespresso Machine, Dishwasher, integrated fridge freezer, oven & hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, and plenty of workspace. There is also a private boot room in the communal entrance area with boot dryers, a washing machine, and a tumble dryer.

There are 3 lovely bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The 3rd bedroom is on the loft style mezzanine with a large skylight window. The mezzanine is accessed by a quirky electric ladder that drops down from the upper level.

To Book : We require a deposit of €700 per property per week to secure your reservation. This is non refundable.
Final Balance Payment : Required 8 weeks before the start of your holiday. All payments for self catered properties are taken in Euros via Credit Card or Visa Debit Card or AMEX.
Self Catering Damage Deposits : We will take details of a valid credit or debit card in resort upon your arrival. Any damages or additional cleaning required during or after your stay will be charged to this credit card. We would hope this will be unnecessary as we rarely need to use this deposit facility as most guests respect our luxury properties. Please refer to our terms of business for further information.
