Charming & Authentic stand alone Farmhouse Chalet with Outdoor HOT TUB in an idyllic location, with Ski in potential from the Nyon and Morzine pistes. Stunning garden and mountain views. Sleeps 5 in 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms.
LOCATION/POSITION
The chalet is located in the Nantes area of Morzine, approx 10 minutes walk to the centre of Morzine and Pleney telecabine. It is also within very easy reach of all the bars and restaurants and benefits from a new gourmet restaurant, Le PassionNant, on its doorstep. The nearest bus stop is only 60m from the door and you can "almost" ski back to the chalet, within 20m of the back garden from the “return to Morzine piste” via the Nyon sector.
The outdoor hot tub has amazing panoramic mountain views up toward Avoriaz and mountains.
LAYOUT (120sq. metres)
The Petit Farmhouse is a property full of character and traditional quirky features. The living space has a large corner sofa, Bose Speaker, large flatscreen TV with UK and French TV channels, Nintendo Wii, and Free WiFi. and the dining space with a traditional farmhouse dining table and space for 6 people.
The kitchen comes fully equipped and includes a Nespresso machine, dishwasher, integrated fridge freezer, oven with electric hob, kettle and toaster and plenty of workspace. There is also a separate utility space with a washing machine and tumble drier, a boot room with boot dryers and ski racks
The master bedroom has three beds with a small en-suite with walk-in power shower. The second bedroom can also be configured as a twin or super king and there is a large separate family bathroom with full-size bath with a separate walk in power shower.

The Petit Farmhouse is located approximately 10 minutes walk from the centre of Morzine, just past the roundabout to the Hotel Sporting at the foot of the Pleney slopes. It is ski-in (off piste) as it is located very close to the return to Morzine piste from the Nyon sector.
The local bus stops just 2 mins away and gives easy access onto the Pleney/ Nyon via the Fys/ Pre Favre chair and runs once an hour.
