Housekeeping Team Leaders, Drivers and Resort Support
As a Housekeeping Team Leader, Driver and Resort support, you will be responsible for:
- Property Management of a small portfolio of apartments
- Supervising and Assisting small team for deep changeover cleaning on a weekend
- Apartment Set up and Presentation for Guests
- Accountability for apartment sign off to the Resort Managers.
- Meeting and Greeting of Guests
- Providing information to guests to ensure a fantastic and trouble-free holiday
- Ensure guests are aware of events and activities available in Morzine during their stay
- Delivery of Lift Passes and Meal Delivery Services.
- Respond to any guest requests, deliveries etc.
- Chalet support to include Tuesdays and Fridays to include driving and breakfast service.
- Driving: To and from the properties and slopes for our self-catered guests and pick ups for our catered guests.
- Serving, Hosting & Clear up of pre-cooked meal deliveries in our self-catered properties.
- Cleaning and Maintenance of hot tubs
- Troubleshoot maintenance and emergency issues
- Ensure properties are secure at all times.
- Organisation and stock control of store areas
- Collect any money due to More Mountain from guests
- Snow clearing when needed to ensure the safety and comfort of guests
- Being Flexible and Adaptable to guest and management needs at all times
- Being enthusiastic at all times and dedicating yourself to excellent customer service
Housekeeping and Apartments Hosts
Essential: EU Passport or Carte de Sejour Holders only
As a Housekeeper and Apartment host you will be responsible for:
- Deep Changeover Cleaning on a weekend
- Apartment Set up and Presentation for Guests
- Meeting and Greeting of Guests
- Providing information to guests to ensure a fantastic and trouble-free holiday
- Ensure guests are aware of events and activities available in Morzine during their stay
- Delivery of Lift Passes and Meal Delivery Services
- Mid Stay/ Midweek Cleaning
- Respond to any guest requests, deliveries etc.
- Serving, Hosting & Clear up of pre-cooked meal deliveries in our self-catered properties.
- Organisation of store areas
- Driving guests as and when needed to and from the slopes
- Collect any money due to More Mountain from guests
- Snow clearing when needed to ensure the safety and comfort of guests
- Being Flexible and Adaptable to guest and management needs at all times
- Being enthusiastic at all times and dedicating yourself to excellent customer service
