Housekeeping and Apartments Hosts for Summer 2025
Essential: EU Passport, EU Working Visa or Carte de Sejour Holders only
As a Housekeeper and Apartment host key responsibilities will include:
- Deep Changeover Cleaning on a weekend
- Apartment Set up and Presentation for Guests
- Meeting and Greeting of Guests
- Providing information to guests to ensure a fantastic and trouble-free holiday
- Ensure guests are aware of events and activities available in Morzine during their stay
- Mid Stay/Midweek Cleaning
- Cleaning and Maintenance of hot tubs
- Troubleshoot maintenance and emergency issues
- Ensure properties are secure at all times
- Meal Delivery Services
- Respond to any guest requests, deliveries etc
- Organisation of store areas
- Collect any money due to More Mountain from guests
- Being Flexible and Adaptable to guest and management needs at all times
- Being enthusiastic at all times and dedicating yourself to excellent customer service
Experience Required:
Ideally, you will have recent cleaning or housekeeping experience. You may have already worked in a holiday environment, campsite or hotel, managed an AirBNB residence, been chalet hosts or looked after self-catered apartments. Hospitality or Customer facing experience would be beneficial.

26 hours Start Date: June 9th 2025

Chalet Chef & Hosts for Winter 2025/26
Are you a dynamic couple with a passion for hospitality, food, and the mountains? We are looking for a Chalet Chef & Host Couple to join our team for next winter season in Morzine, providing an exceptional experience for our guests.
As a Chalet Chef & Host Couple you will be responsible for :
- Hosting for a new set of guests each week of 14 people or more for 20 weeks including Corporate Clients and Large Groups
- Creating a high-quality “Dinner Party” experience on five nights per week, including a four-course evening meal, cooked breakfasts, and freshly baked cakes for afternoon tea
- Offering daily advice on the slopes and providing ad hoc guest transportation to and from the ski lifts
- Maintaining daily cleanliness and housekeeping, with deep cleans and changeovers every weekend
- Maintaining the hot tubs daily
Liaising with transfer companies, ski hire providers, and ski schools - Managing chalet accounts, budget, shopping, and stock control
Upholding exceptional customer service and a positive attitude throughout the season
What We're Looking For :
- At least one season completed as a chalet chef and host role with references.
- The chef should have professional kitchen experience or previous chalet chef experience.
- Ability to create a five day menu (guidance will be provided)
- Experience in hospitality, customer service, retail, marketing, or sales is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring high cleaning and maintenance standards.
- At least two years of commercial work experience in a customer facing role.
- At least one of you will require a valid driving license (required for transporting guests in an 8-seater minibus).
- Passion for skiing or snowboarding and a love for the mountains

Resort Team Supervisors for Winter 2025/26
We're seeking proactive Resort Team Supervisors to manage a small portfolio of luxury self catered properties, usually 4-8 chalets/apartments depending on size. Alongside this, you will be required to lead a team of 3-4 cleaners, primarily during weekend changeovers.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and train your cleaning team, ensuring top-notch weekend deep cleans and quality checks
- Prep properties to perfection, tackling maintenance, hot tub management and snow clearing as needed
- Welcome guests with charm, delivering lift passes, meal services and insider tips
- Confidently drive guests to the slopes and around resort in snowy conditions (manual vehicle)
- Assist property owners and senior management with midweek tasks as required
What We're Looking For :
- 2+ years in a customer-facing role with team management experience (hospitality/retail ideal)
- Ideally from a hospitality or holiday environment background (e.g. campsites, AirBnB, self-catered apartments)
- Full, clean drivers license (manual, 3+ years), experience driving in snow
- Excellent organisation, attention to detail and guest focussed communication
- Passion for the mountains and skiing/snowboarding
- Career-breakers or sabbatical takers are welcome!
- English fluency, basic French a plus
- Available from November 20th 2025 until Mid April 2026
